Two lenses — Contribution (what you shipped, quality, impact) and Operating Approach (how you own, collaborate, and build trust). Both matter.
Rate each factor on a 1–5 scale with written evidence. Ratings without evidence aren't accepted. Self and manager reviews happen independently.
Self-reviews and manager reviews are completed independently. Neither side sees the other's input during evaluation — this preserves honest, unbiased judgment.
Once both reviews are submitted, alignment gaps and convergences become visible. This becomes the foundation for a structured growth conversation.
This system is internal to Styldod. All data is confidential and used solely for structured performance development.
